Will you be applying the window film on the outside or the inside of the window? In other words, Do you need us to make your design in mirror-image?

I will apply the window film on the inside of the window. Thus make my design in mirror-image, so people can read it from the other-side (outside).

No mirror-image is required.

Instructions – design your custom frosted window film cut (AR01)

Measure the size of the window glass.
- We advise you to subtract both 10 mm from the length and 10 mm from the height of this measurement (if you want to apply a window film across the entire window).
  - We advise you to do this for a good and easy fit and to maximize the durability of the frosted window film (allows for a good seal around your window film).
Enter your film size in millimetres into the online designer, say 500 x 500 mm.
- Your design will be a rectangular frosted window film with your design cut-away from it.
- Maximum size of the film is 1330 x 3500 mm or 3500 x 1330 mm.
  - If you order larger films they we consist of multiple pieces of film, not one. Best is to contact us by email if you require large films.
Underneath the online designer you will find a question (in magenta).
- Mirror-image. I want to apply the window film on the “inside” and make it readable on the other-side / outside.
- Not mirror-image.
- You do not have to make a mirror image of your design in the online designer!
Design your own window film.
- You can use the “add textarea” button of the left to add texts to your design.
- You can use the “custom icon” tab on the top to add elements to your design.
- You can use the “custom border” tab on the top to add a border to your design.
- Hover above the design toolbar to see what each icon does.
Borders may appear imperfectly distributed in size in the online designer. You can ignore this. Borders will be made to fit along the edge of your window film, equally distributed, usually around 30 mm from the sides. And will be 5 mm thick.
You can upload your own vector design or design elements as a .svg/.eps/.ai/.pdf file (no pixel elements), your design needs to be white (a single colour) and everything needs to be an outline, no fonts, no centre lines.

Everyting that is grey will be the frosted window film. Everything that will appear in white in your design will be cut out (removed) from the frosted window film and becomes completely clear of any film / obstruction.
Make sure you are using a recent version of a modern browser like (Chrome, Safari, FireFox or Edge) without add-ons/extensions/plug-ins, like ad-block, no-script or ghostery or proxies that block certain domains.

What not to do

Do not make or upload your design in mirror-image.
Do not copy-paste non western texts into the design. This will not work, even if it looks to work.
- If you require non-western texts (Arabic, Mandarin, Sanskrit, Japanese, etc.) please upload them as a vector file using the “add design” button.
Do not copy-paste symbols and / or special non western symbols. This will not work, even if it looks to work.
- Please upload them as a vector file using the “add design” button on the left.
Do not design/upload designs with high complexity and/or with more than 250 elements/letters/objects/etc..
