Custom window cling with your own bespoke design. Use our online designer to design your bespoke window cling or upload your own design. Quick and easy. Window cling comes in two flavours. Transparent window cling and white window cling. Your design will be printed on the window cling. Design it yourself. Apply it yourself.

Instructions – design your custom printed window cling (AR04)

• Measure the size of the window glass.
  • We advise you to subtract both 10 mm from the length/width and 10 mm from the height of this measurement (if you want to apply the window cling across the entire window glass).
    • We advise you to do this for a good and easy application of the window film and to maximize the durability of the transparent window film (allows for a good seal around your bespoke transparent window film).
• Enter your film size in millimetres into the online designer, say 500 x 500 mm.
  • Your design will be a rectangular custom window film with your design printed on the transparent film.
  • Maximum size of the film is 1330 x 3500 mm or 3500 x 1330 mm.
    • If you order larger window films they will consist of multiple pieces of film, not one. Best is to contact us by email if you require large custom transparent window films.
• Select the window film you require in the “Select material” box. White or transparent window cling. If you require frosted window cling you will have to select an another product “AR10 frosted window cling” on the main window film webpage.
• Everything that is white in your design will stay clear of ink, remain an unprinted window cling.
• Click “add design” to upload your logo, design, photo, image, etc.. More information about designing your own window cling using your own software, see here.
• Design your own bespoke window cling.
  • You can use the “add textarea” button of the left to add texts to your design.
  • You can use the “custom image” tab on the top to add images to your design.
  • Hover above the design toolbar to see what each icon does.
• Make sure you are using a recent version of a modern browser like (Chrome, Safari, FireFox or Edge) without add-ons/extensions/plug-ins, like ad-block, no-script or ghostery or proxies that block certain domains.

What not to do

• Do not make or upload your design in mirror-image.
• Do not copy-paste non western texts into the design. This will not work, even if it looks to work.
  • If you require non-western texts (Arabic, Mandarin, Sanskrit, Japanese, etc.) please upload them as a vector file (generally a .pdf file) using the “add design” button.
• Do not copy-paste symbols and / or special non-western symbols. This will not work, even if it looks to work.

Other design options

Use can use Adobe illustrator to make vector graphics and Abode Photoshop to make pixel graphics. Or use open source software (they are completely free for both Windows and Linux) to design your own window cling designs. Use GIMP and Krita for making pixel designs. Or Inkscape for making vector designs. All are good open source software applications for making your own custom designs.
